Sushi Matsumoto Owner, Mizuho Matsumoto

He trained for 10 years at “Ginza Kyūbey”, a famous Edo-style sushi restaurant.
After serving as “Sushi Kanesaka” he served as head chef “Sushi Cho” in Korea.
He opened “Sushi Matsumoto” in Akasaka, Tokyo in June 2017.
“Sushi Matsumoto” received one star in the latest version of “Michelin Guide Tokyo 2019”.
